After opening the cover, push the stem forward and rotate it to the right to engage the circular latch.
Cleaning Guide:
Step 1. Wipe off excess product on the paper.
Step 2. Using the brush cleaner, wash the brush with warm water and gently rub it with your hands.
Step 3. Hold the handle and shake off excess water.
Step 4. Dry the brush with the fibers and sheath facing down in a well-shaded, dark area.
