Return and exchange
You can exchange or return within 15 days in the following cases: receiving a damaged or defective product, Or the wrong shipment arrived, or there is a manufacturing defect.
To cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to assist you in completing the process.
Return Terms
Products must be in their original condition, unopened or unused. A return request must also be submitted. Within 15 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns of perishable products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund
After the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your request. If the return is accepted, The amount due will be automatically transferred to the payment method you used.
