Rice Bran Water 68% Rice has played a very important role as a staple food and skincare ingredient in Korean history. During the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was used like today's toner, called "Beauty Water," for beautiful skin. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals that help moisturize dry skin. Alpha Arbutin 2% Alpha-Arbutin works by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, which limits melanin production in your skin. It is also known to be 10 times more effective than regular beta arbutin.
Suitable for normal, sensitive and dry skin.
Apply 2-3 drops of serum to your face. Pat gently to aid absorption.
