Extraction method: Steam distillation from freshly flowered tops.

How to use:
For headaches and to calm the nerves: Add 3 drops of lavender oil, peppermint oil, and chamomile oil to a steam diffuser and enjoy, or add it to hot water or in the bathtub.

For other uses, carefully dilute the oil with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond before use. Please consult an essential oil specialist or other professional reference for appropriate dilution ratios.
